Graham and myself decided to head for newborough as the wind promised to be up north,aye lad an it wur!
only 2 and 3/4 hours to the beach ,80 all the way in the car.
we were joined by Daz from the massif; Graham and myself both sporting warm dry suits......... toasty!!!!!!!!!!
had a fantastic day on the 13 ,bit powered up at first but the wind did drop off a bit later.
took a ride up the meni straights to the narrows; hard work tacking against the wind ,but fun and a huge downwinder back. met some of my old friends from turbulence in llandudno who i have not seen or rode with for at least 1 1/2 years and boy how Martin has come on; shows why he is uk amature champ this year ,he is in another league!!!!!! handle passes with kite loops etc wowww.
he has promised to take a trip down to borth sometime, dont miss that guys!
did miss the big waves from borth though!
